I think those chord changes can't be automated or controlled with MIDI. In this beginner’s guide, i’ll show you how to use autotune in GarageBand for macOS. For a complex harmony you might have to select new root chords as the song progresses from say C minor to A minor. It also can auto-tune the singers melody as an option.įor non-keyboardists you should select a root chord (Major, Minor, 7th) and you can select 2,3,4,5 parts of harmony to be added to a melody input.
